Role Objective:
We are hiring a mid-level Frontend Engineer with a strong UI/UX background who can
independently design in Figma or Sketch and implement in ReactJS.
This role owns the full journey from concept to production UI.
Core Responsibilities:
- Translate product requirements into structured UX flows
- Design dashboards and workflows in Figma or Sketch
- Build scalable, production-ready interfaces in ReactJS
- Develop reusable component libraries and maintain design consistency
- Improve usability of data-heavy, compliance-critical modules
- Optimize performance and frontend architecture
Required Skills:
- 2–4+ years of experience building production React applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating SaaS dashboard design work
- Advanced Figma or Sketch proficiency (design systems, components, variants)
- Experience building large forms, data tables, filters, and role-based interfaces
- Strong understanding of UX principles for workflow-driven software
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days):
- Establish consistent design system across the product
- Redesign and implement at least one core module end-to-end
- Improve UI clarity and reduce friction in key workflows
- Elevate overall visual authority and product polish
