Role Responsibilities Your Key Tasks Will Involve:

• Spearhead software development initiatives and architectural designs, aligning with our technical team.
• Dive into reviews, troubleshooting, support, testing, and maintaining core product software and databases to guarantee optimal performance and functionality.
• Engage with the management team, participate actively in design and code reviews, and consistently share insights with the development team.
• Serve as a liaison, keeping the project manager informed of development progress and bridging the gap between development staff and project management.
• Command the entire web application development cycle, right from concept to post-launch support.
• Ensure the consistent development and deployment of highly performant web applications by adhering to industry best practices and software development principles.
• Implement and maintain rigorous testing processes to ensure software reliability and robustness. This includes unit, integration, and functional testing to ensure code quality and application stability.
• Integrate 3rd party APIs into the current system.

We Expect You To Have:

• At least 5 years of professional Laravel development experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in large-scale project development and team collaboration.
• Strong REST API design and delivery experience.
• Strong in schema design, query optimization, migrations, and Redis/queue workers.
• Strong testing discipline (Pest/PHPUnit) — unit, integration, and feature tests.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development (Claude, Cursor) and Linux, containers, Git, CI/CD processes.
• Experience with Go (Golang) will be considered a strong plus.

Nice-to-Have:

• Multi-tenant SaaS experience, Laravel Octane, or event-driven architectures.
• Observability experience (Sentry, APM tools)
• Basic AWS (RDS, S3, SQS, Lambda/Vapor)
• A keen eye for UI/UX design.
