About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent visual storytelling skills, and the ability to create compelling content across digital and print platforms. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency and producing high-quality creative assets that engage our audience.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Development
- Create visually appealing designs for social media, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts and layouts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Design promotional materials including brochures, flyers, posters, menus, banners, and presentations.
- Create graphics for paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Design email marketing creatives and website visuals.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication channels.
- Support brand-building initiatives through innovative visual content.
- Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and brand guidelines.
Content Creation
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop engaging visual content.
- Create motion graphics, reels, and short-form video edits (preferred).
- Assist in photography selection, image retouching, and basic video editing.
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and management teams to understand project requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing, advertising, hospitality, retail, or creative agencies.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Canva
- Figma
- Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects
Design Skills
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Ability to create social media creatives, digital ads, and print materials.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
