About Company

An Australian SaaS startup transforming the heavy vehicle transport and logistics industry. Our mission is to help Trucking Companies run safer, more compliant, and more profitable fleets. We’re a fast-moving early-stage company, working with operators across Australia. We are looking for a commercially minded Search & Inbound Marketing Specialist to help drive qualified inbound leads through search, authority building and high-intent digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Google Ads. Build, run, and optimise paid search campaigns targeting high-intent keywords.
  • SEO-Keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical fixes, content briefs, and long-form content production.
  • LLM search optimisation. Get company's mentioned and cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity,
  • Gemini, and Claude when operators ask about fleet compliance software.
  • Guest posts. Pitch and place articles on Australian transport and logistics publications.
  • Build the backlinks and authority that lift everything else.
  • Media PR. Build a target media list, pitch story angles, and land mentions in trade publications.
  • Directory listings. Capterra, GetApp, G2, SourceForge, and Australian fleet directories.
  • Set them up, keep them updated, respond to reviews.
  • Landing page conversion. You will work with us on improving page copy, layout, and CTAs.

About You

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS inbound and content marketing experience
  • You stay focused on inbound traffic. Nothing else.
  • Hands-on Google Ads experience with campaigns you can show us, including budgets, cost per lead, and outcomes
  • Strong written English. We will ask for writing samples and we will ask you to rewrite a piece during the interview.
  • Solid SEO fundamentals, keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO basics
  • Comfortable using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or SEMrush, and a CRM Self-directed. We will not micromanage you. You set the plan, you execute, you report back with numbers.
  • Creative, data-driven, and resourceful - you get things done.

What you will not do

  • No Meta or Instagram ads, our existing team owns that
  • No video or image creative production, our existing team owns that
  • No cold outbound email or LinkedIn DM prospecting
  • No general social media management

How we will measure you

  • Qualified demo bookings per month attributed to your channels
  • Cost per qualified lead from Google Ads
  • Guest posts and PR placements landed per quarter
  • Organic traffic and ranking keyword growth, tracked monthly, judged quarterly
  • LLM citation count, tracked manually
  • Landing page conversion rate
