Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms to drive sales and business growth.
- Manage social media platforms, including content planning, posting, engagement, and performance tracking.
- Plan and execute content marketing initiatives, including blogs, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Capture and create high-quality visual content through photography and videography for marketing purposes.
- Edit and produce engaging videos for social media, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create strategies that convert leads into customers.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics.
- Assist in planning events, promotions, and product launches to boost brand presence.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional material.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, ads, email marketing).
- Basic to intermediate skills in photography, videography, and video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools).
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and content creation abilities.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- SEO and content optimization.
- Experience in running paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads).
