Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing strategies across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth while ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms to drive sales and business growth.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content planning, posting, engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Plan and execute content marketing initiatives, including blogs, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
  • Capture and create high-quality visual content through photography and videography for marketing purposes.
  • Edit and produce engaging videos for social media, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create strategies that convert leads into customers.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, ads, email marketing).
  • Basic to intermediate skills in photography, videography, and video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools).
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and content creation abilities.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • SEO and content optimization.
  • Experience in running paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads).
