Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Own and facilitate agile ceremonies for the engineering team
• Track key deliverables and sprint health; escalate early when work is at risk of falling behind
• Identify and remove blockers; coordinate across teams to resolve dependencies
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Product, Design, Ops, Compliance, and Marketing
• Manage external vendor and partner deliverables touching engineering work
• Create, edit, and refine tickets to keep work unblocked and clearly scoped
• Maintain Jira boards, workflows, and Confluence documentation
• Publish release notes, sprint summaries, and status updates
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or equivalent delivery role
• Demonstrated experience facilitating agile ceremonies for engineering teams
• Proven ability to drive delivery — moving work through the pipeline, unblocking teams, and holding timeline
• Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence (boards, JQL, dashboards, documentation)
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Comfortable managing stakeholders and external vendors, and escalating with confidence

Good to Have

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) or PMP
• Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services
• Familiarity with compliance-related workflows in regulated industries
• Experience working with Sydney-based teams across time zones
