What you’ll be doing?

• Lead the design of robust, scalable, and secure software architectures, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA and HL7.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet business and technical requirements.
• Architect seamless integrations with other systems, including APIs and third-party vendors, to ensure interoperability and efficient data exchange.
• Define and implement best practices for application performance and scalability.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to data security and privacy regulations, including encryption, authentication, and access control measures.
• Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align technical architecture with business goals and product roadmaps.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural design, decisions, and guidelines.

What we’re looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in software development and 2+ years in technical architecture or lead role.
• Experience with integration frameworks like FHIR, or similar standards.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages: JAVA, SQL, HTML & JS.
• Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other related business applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and competing demands.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
