Job Description:

• Design user-centric and accessible UI/UX experiences for Web3 applications, daps, and dashboards.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to refine user experiences.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system for Twine Labs products.
• Stay updated with Web3 trends, blockchain UX best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience (Web3 or fintech preferred).
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other design tools.
• Experience collaborating with developers, product teams, and blockchain engineers.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (bonus).

Preferred:

• Strong knowledge of Web3 usability principles, wallets, smart contracts, and decentralized apps.
