Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and business objectives.
• Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate user flows and interactions.
• Develop design systems and maintain UI kits to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing sessions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

 Key Technical Skills

• Proven knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and Webmarkup.
• Should have knowledge on Responsive Design and can work on Bootstrap.
• Should have knowledge on Cross Browser compatibility work.
• Hands on experience on client side scripting, JavaScript including Jquery.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proven knowledge of icon design.
• Identifies ideas to improve system performance and impact availability.
• Must be proactive in driving complex design discussions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Experienced on Angular JS, Node JS and flat/material design would be an added advantage.

General Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Master Degree Preferable.
• 2+ Years of Hands-on Experience.
• Excellent communication skill and proven ability to carry on a business conversation at all levels.
• Strong Leadership, Decision Making and Problem Solving skill.
• Willingness to travel outside country as per need.
